For example, one (1) pallet, weighing less than 250lbs, shipping to most of the east coast and the mid-west, starts at a $95.00 rate to a business address. If you do not have a business address we can also locate the closest freight terminal for you to pick up your order without having to pay additional residential fees.

Please note: Items such as ATV fenders, body panels, storage boxes, UTV windshields, and other large, bulky items are subject to a freight delivery charge. You may be contacted for additional shipping fees if items are too large to ship by UPS or USPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
As much as we wish every item could be in stock, some parts require transfer from manufacturer warehouses. If we have all items in stock for your order, it will ship within 1 business day of order placement. If part(s) require manufacturer ordering, it can take up to four (4) business days for this order to ship. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped and you will receive an email with the tracking information.
If you have any backordered or discontinued items, you will be contacted by our Support Team for order adjustments. As we are located in Grand Rapids, MI, delivery time after departure is 1-4 business days in the U.S. depending on your location from Michigan.

All website shipping rates are configured from manufacturer input of weights and dimensions. If these inputs are not exact, shipping charges may be incorrect. At this point, we weigh & measure the items at the time of shipment to determine the best shipping method possible. If there is an issue with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible with options to move forward with your shipment.
DO YOU INCLUDE SHIPPING INSURANCE?
When an order is valued at more than $50.00 (USPS) and $125.00 (UPS), we insure the package for the invoiced amount. Deliveries are insured for invoice amounts in the event of an unfortunate (missing, damaged) shipment. All shipments are prepared with tracking numbers to show transit details. I JUST RECEIVED A PART THAT WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, WHAT DO I DO?
Please use the return claim form on the Return Form page and provide information as accurately as possible, (including pictures illustrating the damage) and submit the form to our Support Team.
